Just found out a training regime called the Tabata method. It’s a type of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that involves 20 seconds of all out training with 10 seconds interval done in 8 reps. Well, they say its all about the intensity and not duration. Going to try it tomoro in gym before going to futsal. After all, it only takes 4 minutes of my time.
